If you forgot your wallet password, the only way to recover your account is by recovering the the wallet using your 12-word paper key. Click "Recover Wallet" on the login page and enter your paper key when prompted. Remember, your paper key is case sensitive and must be inputed in the correct order. You will then be promted to set a new password. For your security, when you recover your wallet, we will also reset your Wallet ID - your new ID will be emailed to the address which you used to recover the wallet. In the event you lose your password, the only way to recover your funds and reset you account is by using your paper key. If you forget your PAI Up Web Wallet login password and do not have your Paper Key, or have an incorrect Paper Key, we will not be able to help you recover you password or your account, and you may lose access to the PAI Coin in your wallet.
